After-Hours Stock Movers:
Zscaler (NASDAQ:) 7% LOWER; beat on the top and bottom line for Q1 and issued better-than-expected Q2 and FY2024 EPS and revenue guidance. However, 2024 calculated billings fell just shy of the midpoint of estimates.
ACELYRIN Inc (NASDAQ:) 6% LOWER; said its team recently identified clinical trial execution errors involving its CRO and one of the vendors engaged by the CRO related to its Izokibep clinical program.
Carlyle Group Inc. (NASDAQ:) 6% HIGHER; will replace ICU Medical (NASDAQ:) Inc. in the S&P MidCap 400.
Clearway Energy (NYSE:) Inc. (NYSE:) 3% HIGHER; will replace Veritiv Corporation (NYSE:) in the .
ICU Medical Inc. (ICUI) 3% HIGHER; will replace PacWest Bancorp (NASDAQ:) in the S&P SmallCap 600.
W P Carey Inc (NYSE:). 2% HIGHER; will replace Worthington Industries Inc . (NYSE:) in the S&P MidCap 400.
Confluent Inc (NASDAQ:) 2% HIGHER; Bernstein initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $34.
CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:) 1% LOWER; down in sympathy with Zscaler. CRWD will report its own results tomorrow.
ChargePoint Holdings Inc. (NYSE:) 1% LOWER; UBS downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $2.25 (from $9.00).
