Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Köberich Financial Lines, a Cologne-based insurance broker specializing in financial lines products. The acquisition, which was announced today, is part of Gallagher’s strategic expansion in Europe.
Harald Köberich, along with his team, will join Gallagher and operate under the leadership of Alex Nagler, who heads Gallagher’s retail property/casualty brokerage operations in Europe. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed to the public.
