Poland stocks higher at close of trade; WIG30 up 0.14% By Investing.com
Investing.com – Poland stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Warsaw, the added 0.14%.
The best performers of the session on the were Dino Polska SA (WA:), which rose 3.23% or 10.40 points to trade at 332.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Cyfrowy Polsat SA (WA:) added 3.02% or 0.38 points to end at 12.98 and Grupa KĘTY SA (WA:) was up 2.21% or 15.00 points to 695.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Grupa Azoty SA (WA:), which fell 2.39% or 0.50 points to trade at 20.40 at the close. BUDIMEX SA (WA:) declined 1.70% or 9.50 points to end at 550.50 and Alior Bank SA (WA:) was down 1.26% or 1.12 points to 87.52.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 283 to 211 and 118 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 5.61% or 4.03 to $67.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 5.50% or 4.16 to hit $71.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 2.45 to trade at $2,757.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/PLN was up 0.22% to 4.35, while USD/PLN unchanged 0.02% to 4.02.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 104.12.
